Main Level The main level features an open-concept living and dining area with a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and seating for group meals. Two bedrooms are located on this level, each with its own full bathroom. Step outside to the upper deck with lake views and outdoor dining—perfect for morning coffee or sunset dinners. Lower Level Downstairs you’ll find a second living room with fireplace, a ping-pong table, and an Xbox for recreation and game nights. This level includes an openly connected room with two additional bedrooms and a separate full bath, plus an extra queen bed in a common area—great for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements. The lower deck offers more lake views and outdoor seating. Entertainment & Comfort The home includes three TVs with streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+), fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace for remote work or school. Outdoor Living Swim, fish, or kayak from your private dock on Lake Avalon—kayaks and basic fishing gear are provided for guest use.
